Got Fruit? (Grades 1-5)

Philosophy:

To present the gospel of Jesus Christ in a fun and exciting way that retains the truth and relevance of God’s word in today’s world; changing not just the lives of children, but the lives of families.
 

Vision Statement:

Our goal at Got Fruit? Children’s Ministries is to encourage and facilitate every child’s personal relationship with Jesus Christ, so that as they grow in Him the fruit of the Spirit would flow out of them as a silent witness to the world. The foundational scripture for our ministry is: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” Galatians 5:22-23 By impacting the children, it is our hope and prayer that those with friends and families that do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior will come to the saving knowledge of Him, and that entire families’ lives will be changed because of His goodness.
 

Structure:

Children’s church may look, sound, and even smell like mass chaos, but in actuality is a well orchestrated series of events designed to bring children into Christ’s presence where He can begin transforming their lives . Weekly promotions kick things off on Sundays before progressing to the day’s lesson and games. Some of our past promotions have been: Breakfast Bonanza, Super Bowl Trivia, Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Nachos, Root Beer Floats, and more! On Wednesday nights we focus on the practical points of our walk with Christ, covering topics that aim to enhance the children’s knowledge of Christ and give them a greater understanding of the God whom we serve.
